By accessing and using OCPay services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
OCPay is a payment gateway service that enables merchants to accept payments through CIB and Edahabia cards. Our service facilitates secure payment processing powered by SATIM, providing real-time payment tracking and flexible fee structures.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for: - Maintaining accurate account information - Completing merchant validation before creating payment links - Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Protecting customer data and maintaining security standards - Using the service only for lawful purposes
4. Fees and Payments
OCPay charges fees as follows: - 0% transaction fees on all plans - 0% when using balance on OneClick products Withdrawal fees by plan: - Standard: 1% (2 withdrawals/month) - Growth: 1.2% (4 withdrawals/month) - Auto-Payout: 0.8% (automatic monthly)
5. Limitation of Liability
OCPay provides the service 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
